“My experience with Michelle’s health coaching was an unexpected incredible journey. Under Michelle’s guidance I initially cut out processed foods, dairy, gluten, and minimized any foods with preservatives. This wasn’t difficult because I quickly learned to read labels to purchase the right foods in a very short time. I also switched from regular coffee to Organo King Coffee which still gives me my caffeine fix in morning coupled with the healing benefits of Reishi mushrooms mixed into it.
