How It Works

After checkout, you will receive a secure health intake form requesting the information needed to begin your assessment.

If You Selected the Mail-In Option

Once your intake form is submitted, your Hair Collection Kit will be mailed to you. The kit includes detailed instructions and a prepaid return envelope.

Wash your hair within 24 hours of collection and allow it to fully dry. Avoid heavy styling products, oils, or dry shampoo on the day of sampling.

Gently pull four freshly washed strands of hair from the occipital zone (back of the head — assistance recommended). Strands must be freshly pulled with the root intact and returned promptly using the prepaid envelope.

Once your samples are received, they are digitally processed and securely transmitted to our Technology Center in Europe, where advanced computational mapping evaluates your epigenetic indicators.

Your personalized report will be delivered via email, along with a link to schedule your follow-up consultation (Zoom or phone) to review your results and walk through your 90-day roadmap.

If You Selected the In-Studio Retrieval Option

Once your intake form is submitted, you will receive a booking link to schedule your 15-minute in-studio hair retrieval appointment.

Please arrive with freshly washed, clean, dry hair and avoid heavy styling products on the day of your appointment.
